Jade McNair

Jade was born and raised in Everett, Washington but has lived in Oregon for the last nine years. He has worked with finish (in various styles and types of application) for 26 years, which has given him a strong foundation and assortment of skill sets which he has applied to finishing guitars. Responsible for most of the custom color development and standard color work, he says the biggest challenge is consistency. Keeping all of the color work and bursts consistent from one model to the next is no small challenge. Jade explains the best part of the job is working with the awesome crew of craftsmen and the satisfaction knowing musicians are going to love the look, sound and feel of the finished instruments.
